Eye See You: Creative Eyeliner Looks You Should Try

Eyeliner. Either you’re a pro and can wing your liner evenly in a moving vehicle, or you’re working with a shaky hand and end up looking like an angry panda bear. Some people are pretty talented when it comes to applying such makeup while others? Not so much.
